Chasing faint photons from Hyderabad
I'm Hari Krishna Malladi, an applied AI and FDE architect by day and a chaser of faint photons by night. I found astronomy at IISc Bangalore, where I did my master's in computer science, through the IISc Astronomy Club, and I've been looking up ever since.
These days I image from the Hyderabad region with the Hyderabad Astronomy Club — a group of visual observers and astrophotographers who leave the city lights for dark-sky farmland a short drive into the Chevella countryside.
When the skies are cloudy, you'll find me 3D printing (FDM and resin), doing CAD design, tinkering with DIY electronics, building PCs, flight simming, doing architecture, street and the occasional wildlife photography, or out on my motorcycle. At home, I share life with my wife, our two daughters, two pet rats and two hamsters.
